How much is too much?

I´m spend 1-1:30hours on my computer a day navigating over the Internet & playing games, not text. Each one knows the time owes remain into the computer except the kids owes have limits of time.I see not problem em use the computer.

I´m so tired!!!!!

My daily rotine

My daily routine is...

Me i wake up at 6:40am, at 7:10am caught the bus and, I work, work as a baby-sitter.
12:00pm I go to lunch, 1 hours I come to school Maria Rocha I'm student of accouting technician course. Arrive at 7:00pm my house.Go to sleep at 11:30pm
